Requirements: Establish safe work procedures, JSA's, Inductions, Identify from plans what equipment will be required, Provide solutions to logistical concerns, Manage movement of oversize transport loads including pilot and police escorts, Check integrity of intended loads and advise client if item is unsafe in its current form, Liaise with sub-contractors on behalf of client regarding movement of loads.
Tasks: Transport over 20 loads of structural steel product from the client's workshop to the painting contractor. Specialised transport of 30 plus conveyor galleries (police escort loads) from the paint yard in Brisbane to Middlemount.
